For the defense of our clients in litigation in the anti-corruption and misconduct areas; in indemnity suits filed against the State and claims for economic-financial balance of public contracts. 

Almeida Alvarenga also assists in suits aimed at solution of disputes in the execution of the administrative contract, pre-arbitration injunctions, execution of arbitration sentences and other judicial measures pursuant and prior to the arbitrations. In addition, in cases of clients under litigation involving regulatory issues in the telecommunications, energy, highways, airports, sanitation, life sciences, health surveillance areas, among other regulated sectors, and in the tax area.
